Job Summary

Hello Society is a modern society and apartment management platform developed by Omspire Technology Pvt. Ltd. It helps residential societies streamline visitor management, maintenance billing, complaints, notices, security, payments, and resident communication through an easy-to-use mobile app and web portal. We are looking for energetic, confident, and self-motivated individuals to meet residential society committee members, demonstrate the platform, and onboard new housing communities.

Responsibilities

  • Visit residential apartments and gated communities every day, with a minimum target of 4 society visits per day.
  • Meet society secretaries, chairpersons, treasurers, and committee members.
  • Demonstrate the Hello Society platform and explain its features and pricing.
  • Generate qualified leads and follow up with prospects through closure.
  • Achieve monthly society onboarding targets.
  • Maintain daily visit and lead reports, including required visit details.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for product demos and onboarding.
  • Build long-term relationships with residential societies.
  • Travel within the assigned city for field visits.

Required Skills

  • Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in meeting new people and presenting a product.
  • Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned city.
  • Ability to submit daily field-visit and lead activity reports.

Preferred Skills

  • Graduate qualification.
  • Prior sales or marketing experience.

Experience Required

Prior sales or marketing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
